Which classes will be right for me?

ALL LEVELS

Beginners welcome! Fighters welcome! If you are new or highly experienced, these classes are right for you.

BEGINNERS

Want to learn the basics and get an introduction to the gym? This is the perfect way to do it. No heavy hits to the face and body is involved. A great intro to what we do here!

ADVANCE-BEGINNER (BY INVITATION ONLY) 

You've honed your technique, you've got the endurance, now you're ready to put your skills to the real test. At this level, you will start learning more defensive techniques and protecting yourself with an introduction to light sparring.

INTERMEDIATE (BY INVITATION ONLY) 

Are you ready to rumble?! This level is where you will learn to execute more complex techniques. This is the level where you will have full contact sparring and train with competitive fighters.
